BRAC Bank customer wins Royal Enfield in remittance offer

BRAC Bank has successfully completed a three-month foreign remittance campaign, awarding a Royal Enfield motorcycle as the mega first prize to a customer from Chattogram.
The campaign was designed to encourage expatriate Bangladeshis to send their hard-earned money through legal and secure channels, while reinforcing the bank's position as a leading player in the international remittance market in Bangladesh.
At the award ceremony, BRAC Bank's Managing Director and CEO, Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, formally handed over the grand prize – a brand-new Royal Enfield motorcycle – to Mohammad Naser, a valued customer of the Muradpur branch and the campaign's top remittance recipient.
Deputy Managing Director and Head of Treasury and Financial Institutions Md Shaheen Iqbal CFA, Head of Remittance and Probashi Banking Shahrear Zamil, and senior officials of the bank were present at the ceremony.
The campaign, which ran from 18 May to 31 July 2025, was strategically timed to coincide with Eid-ul-Azha, one of the peak remittance seasons. It offered a variety of attractive prizes to reward loyal customers and boost engagement. Weekly winners received mobile phones, Bluetooth speakers, power banks, earbuds and gift coupons, while bi-weekly mega prizes included refrigerators, air conditioners, microwave ovens and water purifiers. The campaign concluded with the grand prize, awarded to the customer with the highest volume of remittance during the period.
