Deshbandhu Group reduces price of Guru carbonated beverage

Deshbandhu Food & Beverage Ltd., a subsidiary of one of Bangladesh's leading industrial groups, Deshbandhu Group, has announced that its popular energy drink, Guru Carbonated Beverage, will now be sold at Tk20 instead of Tk25, making it more accessible for consumers.
The price reduction of Tk5 is aimed at prioritising consumer needs and convenience, ensuring that more people can enjoy the high-quality beverage. Launched with a promise of freshness and extra energy, Guru Carbonated Beverage has quickly become a favourite among the youth.
To mark the occasion, Deshbandhu Group organised a programme at its head office in Banani, Dhaka, on Wednesday. The event was attended by the company's Managing Director, industrialist Golam Rahman; Additional Managing Director (Operations, Admin, HR & Compliance) Brigadier General (Retd.) Md Zakir Hossain, PSC; Advisor Kazi Hasan Ahmed; COO of Deshbandhu Food & Beverage Md Idrisur Rahman; and other senior officials including the Brand Manager and General Manager.
Speaking at the event, Golam Rahman said: "Deshbandhu Group has always been committed to supplying products at affordable prices while maintaining the highest quality for consumers. The new price of Guru Carbonated Beverage reflects that commitment."
This adjustment is expected to make the energy drink more accessible to a wider range of consumers while maintaining the brand's reputation for quality and freshness.
