Bank Asia conducts district managers meeting
Bank Asia Agent Banking organised a day-long Business Review Meeting at Rangs Tower, Purana Paltan, Dhaka, to evaluate business performance and chart strategies to meet budgetary targets. District managers from all 64 districts took part in the event.
The meeting was presided over by Mohammad Ziaul Hassan Molla, Deputy Managing Director & Head of Channel Banking. Deputy Managing Directors Mirza Azhar Ahmad and Akhteruddin Mahmood, along with senior officials from the Agent Banking Division, were also present.
During the review sessions, the Head of Business Channel and functional units led detailed discussions on business, asset and CRM, operations, and compliance. District Managers received strategic guidance and action plans aimed at achieving their business targets within the remaining 100 days of the year.
