Army chief leaves for China on official visit
The army chief is scheduled to return to Bangladesh on 27 August

Chief of Army Staff General Waker-uz-Zaman, SBP, OSP, SGP, PSC, left Dhaka today (21 August) for an official visit to China.
During his stay, he will hold courtesy calls with senior civil and military officials of China and exchange views aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation between the armed forces of the two countries, according to a press release issued today.
The army chief is scheduled to return to Bangladesh on 27 August.
