The Batman Part 2 has completed its script

Director Matt Reeves and co-writer Mattson Tomlin have officially completed the script for 'The Batman Part 2'.
Reeves teased the update with a black-and-white photo on X, showing himself and Tomlin seated beside a script marked with the iconic bat logo. While the post didn't explicitly confirm its completion, DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn previously hinted the script would be ready by June's end.
Gunn also expressed excitement about reading the script.
After delays, the Robert Pattinson-led sequel is slated for release on 1 October, 2027. The first film, released in 2022, earned $772 million globally. Meanwhile, Pattinson's Batman will remain separate from the upcoming 'Brave and the Bold', which introduces a new version of the character for the DCU.
