BYS venture brings festive cheer with eid fest 2025 in Barishal

BYS Venture is lighting up Barishal with vibrant celebrations as it hosts the Eid Fest 2025 at the newly inaugurated Storyboard Convention Hall, blending tradition, artistry, and youthful energy.

The event features intricate henna designs, live music performances, and a lively food carnival, drawing large crowds and infusing the city with pre-Eid excitement.

Since its grand opening on March 5, the Storyboard Convention Hall has been buzzing with activity. Every day, hundreds of women gather to decorate their hands with stunning mehendi designs created by talented local artists. Among the highlights was a performance by prominent young artist Angel Noor and live music sessions by local bands, which enhanced the festive spirit with rhythm and colour.

Speaking about the event, Rakibul Islam Prottoy, Director of Administration at BYS Venture, said,

"Our vision was to create a hub for youth and families ahead of Eid. The Eid Fest showcases the colours of mehendi, the joy of live music, and the warmth of community gatherings."

He added, "Through this initiative, we aim to make Eid more colourful, memorable, and inclusive—especially for women across Barishal."

The festival is co-organised by S Dreamy Matrimony, Chalkboard Communication Ltd., and Y Travels in partnership with Storyboard Convention Hall. It will continue until the night before Eid, offering everyone ample opportunity to immerse themselves in the festivities.

Sadia Afrin Iti, spokesperson for Storyboard Convention Hall, shared,

"The response has been overwhelming. We've always believed in supporting women entrepreneurs, and this event is a testament to that commitment."

This year, Eid Henna Fest 2025 has evolved into more than just a celebration—it's a powerful expression of beauty, tradition, and empowerment, making it one of the most anticipated highlights of the Eid season in Barishal.
