Ambassador Park said the Korea-Bangladesh relationship is anchored in mutual trust, strong economic collaboration, and a shared vision for global peace and prosperity.

He noted that Korean investments in Bangladesh's manufacturing and infrastructure sectors continue to grow, while trade volume has expanded significantly over the years.

Chairman of BIISS Ambassador AFM Gousal Azam Sarker chaired the session, while Major General Md Iftekhar Anis, director general of BIISS, delivered the welcome remarks.

Research Director at BIISS Mahfuz Kabir made a detailed presentation titled "Dimensions of Bangladesh-South Korea Relations", outlining key areas such as technology transfer, human resource development, renewable energy, and regional connectivity as promising sectors for future collaboration.

Senior officials from various ministries, government agencies, think tanks, academia, the private sector, armed forces, media, and university students took part in the discussion.
