Canon Business Centre launched at Dhaka

The country's leading technology company, Smart Technologies (BD) Limited, has launched the "Canon Business Centre" at Begum Rokeya Swarani in Dhaka.

Recently, Toshiyuki Tiger Ishii, President and CEO of Canon Singapore Pte. Ltd., and Mohammad Zahirul Islam, Managing Director of Smart Technologies (BD) Limited, inaugurated the business centre.

Canon Business Centre is a hub of innovation, creative exploration and customer support. It is designed to provide a complete Canon experience under one roof. The centre is divided into three specialised zones, each serving a unique purpose for customers, professionals, and enthusiasts alike. "Canon Business Engineering Division" provides after-sales support and maintenance for Canon's printing and imaging product portfolio. The innovative "Experience Zone" allows visitors to interact directly with the latest Canon technologies. This area features live demonstrations of Canon's cutting-edge imaging solutions, giving customers a hands-on feel of the products. The creative "Videography Zone" is tailored for content creators, videographers, youtuber and filmmakers. It serves as a fully equipped space for video shoots, showcasing Canon's professional cinema camera, photography camera, live streaming camera and vast range of lenses.

Noor MD Shahrier, business head of Canon of Smart Technologies BD Ltd, led a fruitful business session. In this session from Canon Singapore Private Limited, Norihiro Nick Katagiri, Senior Vice President of Digital Printing and business Solution Operation, Koh Chee Yan Andrew, Senior Vice President of Domestic Operation Group, and Ichinomiya Takashi, Director of regional ICP at Canon Singapore Pte Ltd., were also present. 
Mohammad Zahirul Islam accompanied the Canon representatives on a tour of Smart Technologies BD Limited's head office. Deputy Managing Director Abu Mostafa Chowdhury Sujon, Distribution Business Director Zafor Ahmed, Channel Sales Director Muzahid Alberuni Suzon, and the Canon team, along with other officials, were also present on behalf of Smart.

During the inauguration of the Canon Business Centre, powered by Smart Technologies, Toshiyuki Tiger Ishi, President and CEO of Canon Singapore Private Limited, praised the hospitality of the people of Bangladesh. He expressed his hope to expand Canon's business in the Bangladesh market with Smart.

At this time, Mohammad Zahirul Islam, the company's managing director, thanked the Canon team for visiting Smart Technologies' head office.
