- LLM or Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) completed
- Licensed to practice law from the Bar Association will be given preference
- A minimum of 10 years' experience as a corporate lawyer
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
