Job Grade: The incumbent will be recruited in the job grade of Manager / Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all branch activities and ensure business growth
- Achieve asset and liability targets set for the team
- Maintain overall portfolio quality and ensure collections
- Prudently manage and control Non-Performing Assets (NPA)
- Ensure business risks are identified and controlled
- Deliver excellent customer service experience
- Lead, motivate, and develop branch team
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Honours) from a recognised institution
Experience Requirements: At least 8 years of experience in banking or leasing sector
Additional Requirements: Age at least 30 years
