Robi introduces roaming pack purchase with local balance ahead of Hajj

Robi has launched a new feature allowing customers to purchase roaming packs in Bangladeshi taka using their main account balance or through direct recharge. This service enables respected Hajj pilgrims to travel to Saudi Arabia hassle-free with their own Robi connection, ensuring they remain connected with loved ones during this sacred journey.

Although the packs can be purchased in advance, their validity begins only once the customer reaches Saudi Arabia—removing the hassle of finding recharge points or facing language barriers abroad.

Beyond Hajj roaming, Robi customers will soon be able to use regular roaming services in China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, the United States, or any other country—using their existing Robi number without requiring a credit card. Roaming packs can be conveniently purchased through mobile balance via the My Robi App.
