Axiler: The cybersecurity wingman for businesses
The company focuses on helping SMEs that often lack the budget or resources to afford traditional cybersecurity solutions

In a world where cyber threats evolve faster than your favourite meme trends, something had to change. The cybersecurity space was already cluttered with tools that ping, flash, and scream for help, but rarely do much else.
Enter a bold new idea: what if, instead of just pointing out the fire, the system could grab the extinguisher and put it out? Imagine a digital autopilot that not only spots threats but zaps them before they can do any damage — no panic, no sleepless nights, no 2 am alerts.
Axiler is here to do that work for businesses. Designed as a 'digital autopilot' for security, its AI-powered platform does not just scream when there is a breach — it steps in, fixes the issue, and gets back to work, often before your IT team finishes their coffee.
"We saw a major gap in the market," explains co-founder Rifat Hassan. "Plenty of tools tell you when something's wrong. But very few actually fix it. That's where Axiler comes in — automated, intelligent, hands-off remediation that businesses can actually trust."
A fast track from idea to impact
Axiler's journey from concept to company has been anything but slow. In the first quarter of 2025, the team launched their minimum viable product (MVP) and landed five clients within weeks. The real vote of confidence came when a fintech company, known for its sky-high security standards, joined the list.
The company, having Bangladeshi founders, is registered in Singapore.
"Fintech is a tough crowd," says Rifat. "So earning their trust was a massive validation of our tech and our philosophy."
Momentum snowballed. By the second quarter, Axiler had forged two key distribution partnerships and added three more clients. They also secured early-stage investment from Dekko Isho Venture Capital (DIVC), a major endorsement of the startup's long-term potential.
Then came the global spotlight. After founder Jubaer Al Nazi discovered a critical Apple vulnerability, he was invited to speak at GITEX Dubai 2024 — one of the world's largest tech gatherings.
In 2025, Axiler took things a step further by hosting their own booth at GITEX Asia in Singapore and becoming finalists in both the GITEX Universe Pitch Competition and the Supernova Challenge.
Held from 23 to 25 April at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, GITEX Asia marked the regional expansion of the GITEX Global series. With over 700 tech companies, 400 startups, and 250 investors from more than 60 countries, the event gave Axiler a prominent stage to showcase its innovation.
Built for the underdogs
While Axiler's tech is enterprise-grade, its mission is refreshingly inclusive. The company caters to a broad range of sectors— e-commerce, fintech, healthtech, edtech, and agrotech—but especially focuses on helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that often lack the budget or resources to afford traditional cybersecurity solutions.
"Customised cybersecurity is usually expensive and complex," says Rifat. "We wanted to create something that SMEs could actually use—without needing a PhD in cyber risk."
That goal is baked into Axiler's core design. The user interface is radically simplified. The platform includes built-in chatbots and contextual tips so even non-tech users can make sense of it. And to bridge the human knowledge gap, Axiler offers complimentary cybersecurity awareness training to its clients.
"Many organisations, especially SMEs, don't have in-house expertise," Rifat adds. "So we've created an experience that's simple and supportive, from onboarding to daily operations."
Fixing it fast
At the heart of Axiler's value is its focus on one of the industry's biggest headaches: vulnerability remediation. While many solutions excel at identifying threats, very few can fix them without significant human intervention. Axiler is changing that equation.
According to industry research, organisations typically take more than 200 days to fix known vulnerabilities. Security teams are often overwhelmed by alerts, hampered by complex infrastructures, and limited by a lack of skilled personnel. This not only increases exposure to attacks but also piles on compliance burdens.
Axiler's answer? One-click, AI-driven remediation that drastically shortens response times. The platform simplifies complex workflows, reducing reliance on overworked security staff.
In one standout case, a company experiencing an active data breach turned to Axiler in crisis mode. Hackers had manipulated the firm's pricing structure, risking massive revenue loss. Axiler immediately deployed its solution, identified the vulnerability, and resolved it through automated patching. The business resumed operations within hours.
In another instance, Axiler uncovered a configuration issue that was leaking sensitive supplier and customer data to the public. The platform not only flagged the issue but sealed the vulnerability across the client's infrastructure—again, without human input.
"These aren't just notifications," Rifat stresses. "These are actionable outcomes. When a business is at risk, minutes matter."
Why now?
The cybersecurity space is crowded, but Axiler's timing to emerge could not be better.
The increasing complexity of hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructures has left many organisations more vulnerable than ever. At the same time, there's a growing global shortage of cybersecurity professionals, making it harder for teams to keep up.
Axiler's AI-powered platform solves both problems at once: it extends the reach of security teams without requiring them to grow, and it works seamlessly across on-premises and cloud environments.
The startup is also seeing demand from emerging markets, where businesses are digitising rapidly but often lack access to cutting-edge security tools. With its SaaS-native design, Axiler can scale globally, delivering enterprise-grade protection to resource-constrained teams.
"We're building a platform for the next frontier of cybersecurity," says Rifat. "Borderless, intelligent, and fast."
Axiler is also committed to strengthening the wider cybersecurity ecosystem through education and community engagement.
The startup regularly hosts free seminars and webinars for IT professionals and students, aimed at demystifying cybersecurity and building foundational knowledge. These efforts are helping groom the next generation of digital defenders in Bangladesh and beyond.
It has partnered with BSides, an international cybersecurity chapter, to bring global best practices to local communities.
"Our impact goes beyond our product," Rifat notes. "We're here to build a more informed, more resilient society."
As the company looks ahead, it's gearing up to tackle even bigger challenges. From AI-driven cyberattacks to evolving regulatory frameworks, the threats are becoming more sophisticated by the day.
Axiler plans to expand its automated remediation capabilities to even more complex cloud environments. It's also working on features that offer real-time compliance checks, threat prioritisation, and deeper integrations with enterprise tools.
And it aims to go global. The team is eyeing markets in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Middle East-North Africa (MENA) regions, where cybersecurity needs are growing and budgets are catching up.
Whether you are a small startup or a sprawling multinational, Axiler wants to be your digital bodyguard — one that never sleeps, never slows down, and never asks for a break.
