The Management Trainee (Microfinance) program is designed to develop future leaders in the microfinance sector by integrating Padakhep's Holistic Development Approach (HDA). Trainees will gain practical experience across key areas of microfinance, where they will actively assess, develop, and contribute ideas to improve financial inclusion, drive sector growth, and enhance sustainable development. This program equips them with the skills to create lasting impact and promote inclusive financial systems.

Education Qualification
- A Master's degree in a business-related discipline with a CGPA of 3.00 from a reputed public or private university.
- Individuals currently employed in the banking sector in Officer or Executive Officer positions are not required to have a background in business studies.
Who We Need
Age: Maximum 32 years.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
