Annual general meeting of Nitol Insurance Company held
A large number of shareholders attended the virtual general meeting.
The 21st annual general meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited was held through a virtual meeting on Monday.
The meeting was chaired by AKM Monirul Haque, the current and founding Chairman of Nitol Insurance Company Limited and Vice-President of Bangladesh Insurance Association.

The shareholders expressed their satisfaction over the chairman AKM Monirul Haque's announcement of 15% cash dividend for investors in 2019.
Among others director of the company Naima Haque, Independent Director Md Mamunur Rashid and CEO SM Mahbubul Karim were present in the meeting.
