The incident came to light after a video in front of Ibn Sina Hospital in Jigatola went viral on social media yesterday (15 April).

In the video, a man inside a car was heard asking the accused why he was charging money. In response, the man said, "Yes, I am doing it. Is there any problem?"

A woman, also present in the car, was heard asking for the name of the accused. In response, he said, "What will you do with my name?"

The video further shows the man inside the car saying, "I parked my car on the road and I'm having to give him extortion money for that."

Seeing that he was being recorded on video from inside the car, the accused said, "My face looks good…You won't be able to touch even a single strand of my hair." Later, he left the scene.
