Emirates opens new crew zone in Dubai
Emirates has officially opened a new Crew Zone at the Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai. Designed as a dedicated space for cabin crew, the facility offers a contemporary, open-plan environment available 24/7, with seamless services tailored to support crew members in various aspects of their professional and personal lives.
The Crew Zone features multiple amenities, including educational workshops, tech zones, a beauty and wellbeing hub, an interactive lounge area, and dedicated support services designed exclusively for Emirates cabin crew.
Developed over nine months with an investment of AED 3 million, the facility provides a welcoming space where crew members can grab a coffee and snack while finalising inflight reports, seek advice from colleagues and stakeholders, attend professional and personal development workshops, visit the Beauty Hub for consultations, collect documents and devices, or simply relax and recharge.

The spacious facility can accommodate up to 200 crew members at a time and consists of seven distinct zones, each offering specialised services. Conveniently located on the ground floor of the Emirates Group Headquarters, the Crew Zone is set to enhance the overall crew experience, reinforcing Emirates' commitment to providing industry-leading support and engagement for its cabin crew.
