Agrani bank observes independence day with nationwide events

Agrani Bank PLC observed Independence and National Day 2025 with a series of events. On Wednesday, 26 March 2025, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Anwarul Islam led a delegation to lay a wreath at the Shaheed Minar, located near the bank's headquarters, to honour the martyrs of the Liberation War. The bank further paid tribute to the nation's heroes by placing flowers at the National Memorial in Savar.

The ceremony was attended by Deputy Managing Directors Ms. Tahmina Akhter and Mr. Abul Bashar, alongside General Managers Mr. AKM Shamim Reza, Mr. Shamsul Alam, Mr. AKM Fazlul Haque, Mr. Aminul Haque, Ms. Rubana Parveen, Mr. Abu Hasan Talukdar, Mr. Afzal Hossain, Ms. Shahinur Sultana, and Mr. Samiul Huda, as well as senior bank officials, leaders from various organisations, and employees.

In celebration of the momentous day, the bank's building was beautifully lit, and advertisement was published in national newspapers. Furthermore, events were held at Agrani Bank's circles, regions, and branches to commemorate the national significance of Independence and National Day 2025.
