Beximco will not have a receiver, will continue under its own management: High Court

The High Court has ordered that Bangladesh Bank will not have receivers in 169 companies of the Beximco Group. Beximco is owned by Salman F. Rahman, former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's private industry and investment advisor.
