BB officials announce ‘complete unity’ demanding resignation of 2 deputy governors
The two deputy governors had been appointed on a contractual basis during the Awami League rule

Officials of the Bangladesh Bank today (24 November) announced "complete unity" in their demand centring the resignation of two deputy governors, Nurun Nahar and Habibur Rahman.
The two deputy governors had been appointed on a contractual basis during the Awami League rule.
A team of 40 members gave the ultimatum after meeting with the bank's Governor Dr Ahsan H Mansur, who told the members to keep patience and assured of looking into the matter.

The members also met with Nurun Nahar twice on Sunday and demanded her resignation.
