Position: Service Desk Engineer (Support)-(TO-Officer)
Responsibilities & Context
- Provide end-user support for Core Banking, Agent Banking and other software.
- Assist SOC operations with hardware, network and branch-level IT support etc.
Requirements
Education
- Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Master of Science (M.Sc) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) / Information Technology (IT) or any relevant field.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Banks
Additional Requirements
- At least 1-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Maintenance and Business Support Core Banking System through service Desk or Maintenance of Hardware, Network and PC support for end user.
- Design, Development, Implementation, maintenance, and Business Support of the General Banking operation of the Core Banking System. Installation/Troubleshooting of PC, Network, Antivirus, Microsoft AD, and DC management.
- Knowledge in ITIL, PL/SQL, MySQL Java, Java Spring, Java Scripts. Command in API Development, Knowledge in Python, PHP, Anjular JS.
- Knowledge in RDBMS, Hibernet Technology, AJAX, ASP.NET.
- Assess system performance and recommend improvements.
- Resolve issues escalated by technicians and engineers.
