Aiming to be a Japan-based global company, Ajinomoto Bangladesh Ltd will develop corporate activities in the food and amino acid businesses in the most appropriate way to achieve this aim.
Right now, Ajinomoto Bangladesh Ltd is looking for a Managing Director (MD) to lead the overall operation in Bangladesh.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a reputed university with a very good academic background
- At least 10 years of experience, of which 5 years must be at a top management position
- Age around 50 (fifty) years
- Must be fluent in listening, writing, and speaking in Japanese and English languages
- Master-level knowledge and experience in Japanese Management Tools such as 5s, Ho-ren-so, and STPD
- Must have diverse experience and expertise in HR, Finance, Marketing, Audit, and Legal aspects of a global company
- Should be able to maintain contact with the Head Office in Japan continuously
