Responsibilities & Context
Sales Management:
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure goals are met.
- Assist team members in closing deals and negotiating contracts.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Resolve client issues and provide guidance to the team on handling objections.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents.
- Provide training and coaching to improve team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Operational Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
- Prepare reports on team performance and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in all transactions.
Requirements
Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience:
- 10 to 14 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Real Estate, Developer
Additional Requirements: Age 32 to 40 years
