Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and manage HR day to day operation.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives and workforce planning aligned with business needs.
- Manage employee relations, resolving issues with fairness, transparency, and compliance.
- Lead organizational development and change management programs.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee performance appraisal process, ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Provide guidance and support to managers all employees performance and improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Folllow & implement approved admin activity as per policy.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
