Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure timely production as per forecast
- Execute weekly production schedule
- Resolve any immediate issues during the production process
- Calculate process time and prepare flow charts for processing products
- Prepare daily productivity reports
- Ensure machine calibration status
- Properly utilise manpower to maximise production output
Educational Requirements: M. Pharm from any reputed university
Experience Requirements: Minimum 15 years' experience, including at least 5 years in a similar position in a reputed pharmaceutical company
Additional Requirements: Proficient in MS Office applications
Job Location: Factory, Barabo, Tarabo, Rupganj, Narayanganj
Salary: Negotiable
