Position: Lecturer (Department of Development Studies)
Vacancy: 04 (One permanent Lecturer; Three temporary Lecturers — 01 against a permanent post of Assistant Professor and 02 against leave vacancies)
Educational Requirements:
- For three Lecturer posts: Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Development Studies.
- For one Lecturer post: Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics, including an 'Advanced Econometrics Course' in both degrees.
- All candidates must have:
- A first class or a minimum CGPA of 3.50 out of 4.00 in both Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
- A first division or a minimum GPA of 4.25 out of 5.00 in both SSC and HSC examinations.
- Requirements for either SSC or HSC may be relaxed for candidates holding the first position or highest CGPA in both Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
- Candidates having a Ph.D. in the relevant field and publications in quality academic journals will be given preference.
Salary and Other Benefits: Tk. 22,000–53,060/- (National Pay Scale 2015)
