We are looking for a qualified and experienced candidate for HR Business Partner.
Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding business objectives and aligning HR strategies accordingly.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives.
- Partner with business units on performance management, talent development, and succession planning efforts.
- Collaborate with specialists in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, retention, development, and offboarding.
- Use HR analytics and insights to drive data-based decisions on workforce trends, engagement, and productivity.
- Act as a culture champion and change agent, promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive work environment.
- Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Coach and support managers on leadership, feedback, and team development.
- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate HR-related risks by staying informed of labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or any certification in Human Resources Management
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role.
- Strong understanding of modern performance management philosophies
- Experience in driving performance management processes in medium to large organizations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
