Position: Head of Branch – Urban & Rural
Job Level: SEO–SVP

Key Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate is expected to be a self-starter with a strategic mindset and business focus, having strong connectivity with clienteles across different segments.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of superior business performance and work with specific direction towards the attainment of set targets.
• Possess sound negotiation skills and the ability to properly articulate clients' funding needs while exercising due diligence in the right perspective.
• Monitor the performance of team members to ensure attainment of objectives with maximum efficiency.
• Ensure due compliance with regulatory requirements to mitigate operational risks.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and corporate etiquette.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of banking service, including 2 years as Head of Branch/Manager Operations.
• Capable of providing quality customer service, maintaining accuracy, and following all appropriate processes and procedures in related fields.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Sound computer literacy.
• Age range: 32 to 48 years.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years.

Educational Qualification: MBA/Master's degree, with no 3rd class/division in any examination.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary: Negotiable
