Key Responsibilities
- Manage the consortium project with a partnership approach
- Oversee administration, financial, and resource management of the assigned project
- Ensure successful implementation of agreed work plans at the consortium level
- Ensure the individual needs and rights of children and youth are addressed, respected, and protected
- Coordinate planning, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation processes for SOS Children's Village and the assigned consortium project
- Lead and strategically support all co-workers according to SOS policies, values, and contextualised leadership, management, and HRD guidelines
- Promote strong communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing between SOS families, youth care co-workers, other village co-workers, and consortium staff
- Build positive relationships with children and youth through day-to-day interactions and regular meetings
- Ensure youth programmes offer career, learning, and development opportunities
- Ensure appropriate accessibility of village facilities to neighbouring communities and consortium members
- Ensure safe programming and address potential risks in a timely manner
- Contribute to the development and implementation of advocacy plans and entrepreneurship development at the consortium level
- Develop and implement different TVET modules and facilitate training as per the modules
- Support technical feasibility of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) options and mobilise investments from public and private entities
- Prepare investment documentation, including briefs, memos, presentations, financial models, and scenario analysis
- Design and conduct supply-side studies on livelihood, value chain, and market analysis
- Support implementation of SOS's monitoring for the results framework
- Identify, document, and explore replication of good practices
- Support content development for external communications
- Organise and facilitate field visits for key stakeholders to share experiences and good practices
- Increase and maintain partnerships and relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Adhere to organisational standards and regulations such as the Code of Conduct, Child & Youth Safeguarding, Sexual Misconduct Regulation (PSHEA), and other policies

Educational Qualification, Experience & Other Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline with not less than 2nd division/class in any public examination
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 6 years at project management level in development sector/NGO/INGO or government agencies
- Proven track record of delivering excellent results in leadership roles
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation, with ability to produce and disseminate high-quality programme narratives
- Knowledge of child rights and protection issues, including the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)
- Minimum age: 40 years
