Rs5000 for info on Bangladeshi ‘infiltrators’: MNS Posters in India
MNS has put up posters in the state’s Aurangabad city announcing cash reward to those who can give information on illegal Pakistani and Bangladeshi 'infiltrators'.(ANI Twitter)
The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), a Hindutva party based in the Indian state of Maharashtra, has reportedly put up posters with a cash reward of Rs5000 in exchange for information on illegal Bangladeshi and Pakistani "infiltrators."
The party, led by Raj Thackeray, has been an arch-rival of the Shiv Sena, currently in power in Maharashtra.
Raj Thackeray had led a rally demanding expulsion of "Bangladeshi and Pakistani Infiltrators in Mumbai" earlier in the month, coming out strongly in favour of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and National Register of Citizens (NRC).

The party only has one seat in the Maharashtra assembly. However, it has grown closer to Modi's Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) after embracing the Hindutva ideology.
