Hult Prize at Comilla University wraps up

Comilla University successfully concluded the Hult Prize 2024-25 on Friday (28 February), with Team Dal-Bhat emerging as champions of the on-campus round. The grand finale of the 5th edition took place in the BBA Faculty conference room, marking the culmination of a journey that began in October 2023.

The event, hosted by Jawad Ur Rakin Khan, Hure Jannat Aorna, and Anika Tabassum Sadia, commenced at 10am in the presence of Professor Dr Meher Neger, head of the Marketing Department. This year, 127 teams participated, with seven advancing to the finals after rigorous selection rounds. Following intense competition, Team Dal-Bhat won, with Team Visionary Marketers as runners-up and Team Aroma securing third place.

Judged by experts from Pran-RFL Ltd, Godrej Bangladesh, and Abroad Study, the competition showcased innovative ideas. The winning team presented a business solution for a 'Waste-Free Future' and will represent Comilla University in the national round. Team leader Reyad Hossain expressed gratitude, recalling how his team finished as runners-up last year but triumphed this time.
