I spent most of my time watching movies or TV during the lockdown. I also tried to help underprivileged people through social media.

I learned the importance of time while being at home during the lockdown. Due to this pandemic I realized we are so helpless in front of nature. We are not properly prepared to take care of ourselves and it is alarming. Both our mental and physical health is important. Alongside this I realized that we should spend our time productively.

I also reflected on life. We don't know when our time is up. It is important to take care of our relationships including our relationships with our parents, partners or friends.

We shouldn't shy away from our feelings. We should spread love instead.

Model and actor Jannatul Peya spent most her time watching movies or TV during the lockdown. She also helped underprivileged people through her social media handles.

Peya learned the importance of time while being at home during the lockdown. She told The Business Standard, "After this lockdown pandemic I realized we are so helpless in front of the nature. We are not prepared enough to take care of ourselves, it is alarming. Both our mental and physical health is important.

"And besides health, this pandemic I realized the importance of time during the lockdown. We should spend our time productively."

Peya also had reflecting thoughts on life. "We don't know when our time is up. It is important to take care of our relationships including our relationships with our parents, partners or friends ."

"We shouldn't keep hate feelings and spread love."

During the lockdown I had a self discovery. In the beginning it was very difficult, slowly I got used to with being home quarantined.

The lockdown taught me to question myself, I thought about what I have done for society and what my responsibilities are towards it.

Due to my busy schedule, I never got to pay attention to my family. This lockdown gave me that opportunity. It was an important time to recognize myself, because we have become so self-centred that we often forget to take care of others.

This pandemic and the lockdown allowed me to get closer to my loved ones and I learned a lot from that experience.

Popular actor Zakia Bari Momo rediscovered herself during the lockdown.  She told us, "In the beginning it was very difficult, slowly I got used to with being home quarantined.

"The lockdown taught me to question myself, I though what I have done for the society and what my responsibilities are towards the society.

"For my busy schedule, I never got to pay attention to my family. This lockdown gave me that opportunity."

"I believe it was an important time to recognize myself, because we have become so self-centred that we often forget to take care of others," she emphasized.

"This pandemic and the lockdown allowed me to get closer to my loved ones and I learned a lot from that experience."

I believe during these dark times everybody has had different experiences. Personally I felt like the world had stopped for me.

Something strange happened to me. I befriend the crows that come to my terrace. Crows have been my favourite bird since I was a child. They became my friends since I began feeding them. Pigeons and other kinds of birds visit my terrace as well."

Perhaps these birds used to come before but I never paid attention. Before the lockdown, the alarm would wake me up and I would go out for work. I had a very busy life.

But that busy life is gone now. I have even started to paint while being at home. I have also realized that we spend so much money on materialistic things unnecessarily.

This is the time to help others and spend less money on the things we really don't need.

Actor Bhabna said, "I believe during this darker times everybody has different thoughts on different time. I feel like the world has stopped for me."

"Something strange happened to me. I became friends with crows that come to my terrace. Crows are my favourite bird since I was a kid. They became my friends as I have been feeding the birds. Pigeons and other kinds of birds visit my terrace as well."

"May be these birds used to come before but I never paid attention. Before the lockdown, alarm would wake me up, and I would go out for work. Busy life you know."

"That busy life is gone now. I have started to paint while being at home."

"I also have realized how we spend so much money on materialistic things unnecessary."

"This is the time we should help others and spend less money on the things we really don't need."

I spent the lockdown teaching myself new things that I couldn't find the time for before. I learned some everyday life hacks as well. I have been writing and spending time with my pets.

I was scared of the virus and that fear made me cut down on my smoking.

Most importantly I got back into creating good music which I didn't realize I still had in me.

Multi-talented musician Rafa took this time to do and learn certain things which he couldn't do lack of time before. Rafa learned many everyday life hacks during the lockdown.  Rafa has been writing and spending time with his pets in the last two months.

"The fear of virus helped me to cut down the number of cigarette I used to smoke every day," said Rafa.

"I also got back thrive of making good music which I didn't realize I still had in me," added an optimistic Rafa.
