A low-budget remake of the Extraction trailer has stunned everyone from actor Chris Hemsworth to the Russo brothers. The remake was done by a group of young Nigerian filmmakers - Ikorodu Bois. The remake of the film's trailer was made using household items such as brooms and cans of soft drinks.
The Ikorodu Bois posted a side-by-side video on Twitter with the caption: We so much love this movie and we hope @chrishemsworth and @netflix sees this remake, pls retweet.
The post was retweeted over 70,000 times and received close to 2,00,000 likes, successfully attracting the attention of Hemsworth, the Russos and even Netflix. Impressed by the making, The Russo brothers invited the young filmmakers to the Extraction 2 premiere.
