Jaya Ahsan and Prosenjit to star in a movie about pandemic
Besides Prosenjit and Jaya, the film also stars Rudranil Ghosh and Arun Mukhopadhyay
Jaya Ahsan and Prosenjit Chatterjee are set to unite on the silver screen with their new movie 'Asatoma Sadgamaya.'
Directed by Indraadip Das Gupta, the movie centers around human psyche and how the impact of Covid-19 effects our overall behavior. Though COVID-19 is the backdrop, the film is not entirely on the pandemic, according to reports by Prothom Alo.
Indraadip Das Gupta will direct the movie with only 5 characters in mind so that he can maintain social distance among the actors following the new safety guidelines.

The script for the movie is jointly written by Padmanabha Dasgupta and Indraadip. Music will be composed by the director himself.
