Alamgir: ‘I have countless memories of Kabori’

Veteran actor Alamgir shared some really fond memories of the late actress Kabori Sarwer.

Alamgir and Kabori have acted together in more than 25 movies. Their movie "Love in Shimla" has been particularly popular among movie lovers.

Alamgir fondly recalled these memories, saying, " It would take me ages and I still would not be able to finish talking about my memories of Kabari. We used to fight 2-3 times at the set and then we would become friends again. I cared a lot about her. "

"In the 70's we used to hang out as a trio. Our trio consisted of photographer Mahfuz, Kabori, and I. We used to hang out in his house and would often venture out into the streets with his car. We truly had a lot of memories together."

Alamgir was supposed to act in Kabori's second movie "Ei Tumi Se Tumi" but due to the pandemic he could not shoot for the film.

"There will be no other actor like Kabori. Her death has caused a severe loss to the film industry," the actor added.

Alamgir prayed for the eternal peace of the late actress.
