- Supervise and mentor marketing team (managers and assistants).
- Lead digital, ATL, BTL, PR, and brand campaigns.
- Manage budgets and measure ROI.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour.
Requirements:
- Master's in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 8–10 years of marketing experience with 2–3 years in senior leadership role.
- Strategic thinking and team leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of modern marketing tools.
