When we think of iconic motorbikes, the first brand to come to our mind is Harley Davidson. Epitomising class and power, the brand has elevated itself to a whole new level.

Hollywood stars are famed for flamboyant lifestyle. Celebrities who ride Harley Davidson have built up a cult. Their passion for bikes has become legendary—preaching the charm to mass who dream of getting hold of one.

Here are five Hollywood stars who are proud Harley riders.

Criss Angel
Illusionist Criss Angel gained notoriety for his modern magic tricks. Besides performing larger than life illusions in Las Vegas, he is also a passionate biker.

A man whose live shows have raked in more than $150 million, it is no wonder his garage showcases some eccentric toys, including the mighty Harley Davidson.

Cher
Cher, commonly referred to as Goddess of Pop by the media, is also an avid Harley rider. It's hard to believe Cher would swap her showgirl outfit for leather jacket and a helmet, but her flamboyant biking mythos are well known.

Cher owned a 1994 Fat Boy and made appearance at various charities in the 90s. Even though she sold her bike in 2003, it is nice to know a pop star had fascination for Harley Davidson.

Ludacris
Rapper-actor Ludacris might be famous for his "Fast and Furious" movies, but his offscreen persona is a biker at heart.

In an interview with RIDES magazine, Ludacris says, "Harley is one of those brands that get passed down from generation to generation, and they have been around so long...I feel like I am privileged to be a Harley owner right about now."

Elizabeth Taylor
Known for her affinity with diamonds, Elizabeth Taylor is a true Hollywood icon. In the 80s, Taylor got her first Harley Davidson bike, dubbed "Purple Passion." It was a gift from publisher Malcolm Forbes, whom she briefly dated.

Taylor later released a fragrance called "Passion", which came with a purple packaging. Safe to say, the inspiration came from owning a custom Harley.

Jim Carrey
When Jim Carrey purchased a Harley, he ordered the licence plate to read "NO TAG." Carrey is celebrated for his funny-man demeanour. No wonder his bike licence will have hints of humour.

"NO TAG" is the default phrase that police officers write on a missing licence plate. Carrey often rides his Harley in the southern California coast. In case he is stopped by a sergeant and billed a ticket, his licence plate surely brings a laughing stock for the policemen.
