The more you explore, the more you gather knowledge and learn about new cultures. If you are planning a world tour, then this article is for you. 

Here are some of the recommended places where you must visit at least once in your lifetime. 

01. Phi Phi Islands, Thailand:

If you are a traveller, you must have heard the name of Phi Phi Islands. The islands are a gateway to a world of fun things to do. Located on the West coast of Thailand in the Andaman Sea, one of the things that attract tourists to these islands is the food. Here, you can get fresh seafood and fresh fruits to eat. The water of the islands is crystal clear. The islands have less rainfall in November and May, which is a good time to visit.

02. Santorini, Greece:

Santorini is a small island of Greece with an area of 96 square kilometres in the southern Aegean Sea. If you want to spend your summer vacation on an island, then you should definitely go for Santorini. You will be fascinated by the beauty of the island. 
 
Santorini is argued to have one of the best sunsets in the whole world. Oia is known as the best place to watch the sunset. People rush there every evening to experience it.

If you are a mountain lover, then Machu Picchu in Peru is for you. The area is surrounded by majestic mountains. Here, the living culture, rich biodiversity, adventure and ancient history will amaze you. 

04. Grand Canyon, United States:

Grand Canyon is a place you should visit at least once in your life. It is not just a place of beauty; it is a major centre where the oldest culture and history blend together. If you love history and old cultures then this is a recommended place for you.

05. Positano, Italy:

If you are planning to go to Europe and wish to visit Italy, then you must add Positano in your travel plan. The views and medieval architecture and colourful pastel houses are worth a visit.

06. Aurora Australis, Antarctica:

Have you ever wanted to see Aurora? Antarctica is the most amazing place to see this magic. The South Pole has the Aurora Australis.

07. Dolomites, Italy :

If you are a mountain lover and love cycling then Dolomites in Italy should be in your travel bucket list. Exciting cycling events take place here. This place is also popular to mountain climbers.

08. Galapagos Islands:

American writer Kurt Vonnegut once wrote about the Galapagos Islands, "So, the Galapagos Islands could be hell in one moment and heaven in the next…." 
This place has a rich level of biodiversity. It is known that when Darwin sailed to the Galapagos Islands, their unique diversity encouraged him to hypothesize the theories about evolution. If you are interested in wildlife animals and rare species, you can visit here without a doubt.  

09. Yosemite National Park, United States:

There could be several reasons why you should visit Yosemite National Park in the United States. The views, waterfalls, sequoias are worth enough for a visit to this place.

10. Pyramids of Giza, Egypt:
