Renata declares 55% cash dividend for FY25
For the year ending on 30 June 2025, the company has reported a consolidated Earnings Per Share (EPS) of Tk19.36
The board of directors of Renata PLC has recommended a 55% cash dividend for the year ended 30 June 2025, subject to approval by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM is scheduled to be held on 20 December. The record date for entitlement to the dividend has been fixed on 17 November, according to the disclosure filed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange on Monday.
For the year ended 30 June 2025, the company has reported a consolidated Earnings Per Share (EPS) of Tk19.36, which was 39% lower from Tk31.53 in the previous year.
