Intraco Refueling to pay Tk86 lakh dividend to public investors
In FY24, it had paid 1% cash dividend to shareholders
Intraco Refueling Station, a listed company on the stock exchanges, has recommended a 1.25% cash dividend for general shareholders for the 2024–25 fiscal year.
Based on the recommendation, general shareholders will receive Tk85.88 lakh as dividends, the company said in a disclosure today (19 November).
Of the total 9.82 crore shares, general shareholders - including institutional, foreign and the public investors - held 69.94% stake in the company. The remaining 30.06%, held by sponsor-directors, will not be entitled to the recommended dividend, the disclosure reads.
In FY24, it had paid 1% cash dividend to shareholders.
As per its latest disclosure, Intraco Refueling's consolidated earnings per share (EPS) fell by 2.27% to Tk0.86, which was Tk0.88 in the previous fiscal year. Its consolidated net operating cash flow per share stood at Tk0.24, while net asset value per share rose to Tk13.24 from Tk12.39 a year earlier.
On Wednesday, its share price closed at Tk21.80 each on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), 0.46% down from the previous trading session.
