DSEX, the benchmark index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange, lost 50 points in the first hour of trading today (13 November) amid political uncertainties and anticipation of political unrest ahead of the announcement of the verdict date in a crimes against humanity case against Sheikh Hasina.
At the time, turnover stood at Tk106 crore.
