In 2024, Dhaka Bank recommended a 5% cash and 5% stock dividend for its shareholders.

The bank has reported a consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of Tk1.27 in 2024, which was Tk1.66 in 2023.

The bank said it has recommended a stock dividend to strengthen its capital base under Basel-III, which will be utilised for the expansion of business, in a disclosure during the dividend declaration.

Upon application of stock dividend, on 30 June, the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) allowed the bank for declaring dividend for the year ended on 31 December 2024.

The declared dividend is to be approved in its annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for 31 July through the digital platform.
