The shareholders of Runner Automobiles Limited have approved 10% cash dividends for 2019-20 fiscal year in its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually held on Monday.

Reazul Chowdhury, managing director and chief executive officer of the company, delivered the welcome address and answered shareholders' questions at the event later.

The company's Secretary Mizanur Rahman chaired the meeting also attended by Chief Financial Officer Sanat Datta, members of board of directors, senior officials and shareholders.
