Training aims to strengthen professionalism at Palli Sanchay Bank

Palli Sanchay Bank has inaugurated a twelve-day training programme (fifteenth batch) at its head office training room to enhance the professional capacity of its officials and employees.
Ms Nazma Mobarek, Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, attended the inaugural ceremony as Chief Guest, while Mr Md Abdul Khaleque, Chairman of Palli Sanchay Bank and former Secretary, was present as Special Guest. The event was presided over by Ms Salma Banu, Managing Director of the bank.
Deputy Managing Directors, General Managers and senior officials of the bank were also present at the event. A total of seventy officers and employees from various grades are participating in the training.
In her remarks, Managing Director Ms Salma Banu expressed gratitude to the guests and said, 'Training programmes play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and professionalism of the bank's workforce'.
Special Guest Mr Md Abdul Khaleque underscored the importance of discipline, responsibility and professional integrity as the foundations of the bank's progress. He also urged officials to maintain institutional discipline and refrain from spreading misinformation on social media.
Chief Guest Ms Nazma Mobarek commended Palli Sanchay Bank's training initiatives and manual, noting that 'This training will play a significant role in enriching banking knowledge and practical experience'. She advised all participants to strictly adhere to the government code of conduct, remain vigilant in lending practices and serve with a spirit of public responsibility.
The Secretary formally inaugurated the training programme and wished continued success to Palli Sanchay Bank in its efforts to build a skilled and service-oriented workforce.
