Toyota Tsusho Corporation has announced the implementation of a new business structure in Bangladesh, effective from 1 July 2025, as part of its ongoing strategy to optimise operations and better serve customers in a rapidly evolving automotive market.

The company reassured all Toyota customers in Bangladesh that their needs will remain a top priority during this transition. It also reaffirmed its commitment to providing high-quality care, aftersales service, and customer support consistent with Toyota's global standards.

During this transition period, customers can continue to access uninterrupted aftersales services, repairs, and warranty support from the following authorised workshops - Continental Works Limited, Address: 322, Saudi Masjid Road, Jagonnathpur (Apollo Hospital Exit Road), Bhatara, Baridhara, Dhaka 1229 and Carboy Private Limited, S.K Mujib Road, Agrabad C/A, Chattogram. 

These facilities will remain operational and staffed by trained professionals to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
