Standard Islami Bank holds 427th board meeting
Standard Islami Bank PLC convened its 427th board meeting on 14 May 2026 at the boardroom in its head office, Dhaka.
Mohammed Abdul Aziz, Chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting. Vice Chairman Gulzar Ahmed and Directors Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, S.A.M.D. Hossain, Al-haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Md Zahedul Hoque, Ferdous Ali Khan, AKM Abdul Alim, Ashit Kumar Saha, and Jhahedul Alam were present.
Independent Directors Golam Hafiz Ahmed and Khondoker Rumy Ehsanul Huq also attended.
