Southeast University teams win two titles at Techathon nationals
Two teams from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Southeast University have secured championship titles at the "Techathon Nationals & Rover Summit 2026", organised by the IUT Robotics Society.
Team 2R.JS clinched the hackathon segment. The team members are Ferdous Hasan Rahid (CSE 64), Rukaiya Sultana (CSE 64), Jihadul Islam (CSE 64) and Sanzida Islam (CSE 64).
Team The Outliers secured the top position in the poster presentation segment. The team consists of Abdullah Rahman (CSE 62), Sanzida Islam (CSE 64) and Rukaiya Sultana (CSE 64).

The teams competed with participants from universities across Bangladesh, presenting projects that showcased their technical expertise, research capabilities and problem-solving skills, according to the university.
Southeast University extended congratulations to the students on their achievements and wished them continued success in their academic and professional endeavours.
