 SHELTECH presents apartments with a special offer at the REHAB Fair 2024

Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. proudly showcases 50 residential and commercial projects at the REHAB Fair 2024.

The fair will be held from 23 to 27 December at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) in Agargaon, Dhaka. At its stall (Stall No. 2), honourable clients can enjoy exclusive offers on spot bookings, including the chance to win an iPhone or PlayStation 5 (PS5) and a special offer of up to 25 lakh Taka.

Shelltech's projects are located in Jolshiri Abashon, Uttara, Banani, Bashundhara Residential Area, Adabor, Moghbazar, Malibagh, Middle Badda, Eskaton, Gendaria, Swamibagh, Dhanmondi Residential Area, West Dhanmondi, Kathalbagan, Rayer Bazar, and West Rampura.

These projects feature flats ranging from 971 to 2801 square feet. Additionally, the company has commercial projects on Asad Avenue, Malibagh, Satmasjid Road, Tejgaon, Kakrail, and Mirpur Road. Sheltech has already begun construction on more than 20 projects in sectors 12, 13, 16, and 17 of the Jolshiri housing project, including Sheltech Astha and Sheltech Obokash Neer.

These will feature over 160 apartments. Each project will be built on a 5-katha plot, with 48% of the space left open. Each apartment will range from 2,700 to 2,800 square feet, and the projects will offer various amenities, including a reception, lounge, and community room.

Md Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, Executive Director (ED) of Sheltech (Pvt.) Limited stated that since its inception, Sheltech (Pvt.) Limited has played a pivotal role in shaping the country's real estate sector.

For nearly 37 years, Sheltech has relentlessly worked towards realising the dream of building a modern Dhaka by constructing eco-friendly residential projects with urban amenities. The company has handed over 4,100 apartments to its customers. At this year's REHAB Fair, Sheltech is showcasing more than 350 apartments for sale at Stall No. 2.
