Representing Bangladesh in the 10-nation international tournament, Royal Oranje made a strong start with a 2-1 win over England in their opening group-stage match.
After a narrow 1-0 defeat to Myanmar in their second fixture, the team bounced back with a 2-0 victory over the United States and a dominant 9-0 win against Scotland.
The results helped Bangladesh top Group A and qualify for the semi-finals.
In the semi-final, Royal Oranje faced Ireland in a closely contested match. The game ended 1-1 in regulation time before Ireland edged Bangladesh 3-2 in the tie-break to reach the final.
Royal Oranje later defeated the United States 2-1 in the third-place playoff to finish the tournament on the podium.
Arman Hossain received the tournament's Top Scorer Award for his consistent goal-scoring performances throughout the competition.
