Renata sponsors Bangladesh athlete for IRONMAN 70.3 Colombo triathlon
Renata PLC, together with Renata Cancer Care, has become the title sponsor of endurance athlete and ISSA-certified running coach Sazzad Hossain Snigdho as he prepares to compete in IRONMAN 70.3 Colombo, a triathlon to be held in Sri Lanka.
IRONMAN 70.3 Colombo comprises a 1.9km swim, a 90km bike ride, and a 21.1km run, testing participants' physical fitness and endurance.
Renata states the sponsorship reflects its focus on holistic wellbeing, emphasising prevention, active living, mental strength, and care. The company adds that the involvement of Renata Cancer Care also carries a broader message on resilience, noting that sustained support and hope are critical in long-term health challenges.
