Pubali Bank holds Annual Managers’ Conference 2025

A two-day conference titled 'Annual Managers' Conference 2025' was held at the Hotel Long Beach Auditorium in Cox's Bazar, bringing together all 508 Branch Managers, Regional Managers, and Senior Executives from the Head Office of Pubali Bank. The event aimed to motivate participants to enhance the bank's business by delivering improved services.

Monzurur Rahman, Chairman of the Board of Directors, graced the conference as the Chief Guest, while Managing Director & CEO Mohammad Ali presided over the event. The conference also featured Directors including Moniruddin Ahmed, Habibur Rahman, M. Kabiruzzaman Yaqub FCMA (UK), CGMA, Azizur Rahman, Md. Abdur Razzak Mondal, Mustafa Ahmed, and Arif Ahmed Choudhury, along with Independent Director Mohammad Naushad Ali Chowdhury as Special Guests.

Deputy Managing Directors such as Mohammad Esha, Mohammad Shahadat Hossain, Ahmed Enayet Manzur, Md. Shahnewaz Khan, Mohammad Anisuzzaman, and Sultana Sarifun Nahar were also present.

During the conference, the Chief Guest awarded 51 best Managers for their outstanding performance in 2024.

In his address, Chairman Monzurur Rahman emphasized the importance of expanding the foreign remittance business through enhanced customer service and modern banking practices. He urged all managers to work diligently, explore new business opportunities, and adopt diversification strategies to achieve the targets set for 2025.

Managing Director & CEO Mohammad Ali reflected on the bank's tradition, history, and culture, stating that Pubali Bank, as the country's largest private commercial bank, has consistently provided modern banking services through a skilled workforce and a high-quality online banking system. He expressed confidence that the bank would continue its efforts to extend services to the remote areas of Bangladesh.
